By using Vaidik Sanskar’s website or mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Cancellations and Fees Bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled puja. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee (e.g., a fixed ₹200 retention to cover costs). All refunds will be net of any payment-processing or shipping charges. No refund is given if the service has already commenced or if you fail to show up.
  2. Age Restriction Users must be 18 years or older to use this app on their own. Minors (under 18) may use Vaidik Sanskar only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
  3. Geographic Scope Our services are available only in India. By using the app, you confirm you are located in India. Delivery of books and pandit services is limited to covered Indian cities/regions.
  4. User Conduct You agree to use the app lawfully and not to post any illegal or infringing content. Vaidik Sanskar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt fraudulent bookings.
  5. Modifications Vaidik Sanskar reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

Each of these policies is designed to be fair and transparent. By booking or purchasing through our app, you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
